Job summary

Allied Personnel Services is seeking a Manufacturing Accounting Analyst for a direct-hire, full-time role in the United States. The position involves partnering with plant leadership and the operations team to monitor production performance, analyze weekly and monthly financial results, and drive cost containment across cost centers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in manufacturing FP&A or plant finance, strong experience with ERP systems, MS Excel, and Power BI, and a

Qualifications

3+ years in manufacturing cost controlling, industrial FP&A, or plant finance in a production environment.
Demonstrated experience building financial reports and dashboards from scratch.
Knowledge of an ERP, MS Excel and Power BI tools.
A degree in Finance/Accounting/Business.
A Masters degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with plant directors, line supervisors and operations to monitor production performance.
Coordinate weekly and monthly financial results, cost variances and performance trends with plant leadership and the finance team.
Track OEE for each production line and compare by line and product category.
Prepare weekly/monthly financial reporting on key production and ancillary accounts.
Close monthly for all plant cost centers and verify cost allocations.
Prepare and present monthly plant performance reviews.
