Bakerly LLC Easton, PA, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to provide financial oversight for U.S. manufacturing operations, partnering with plant leadership.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, cost/variance analysis, inventory monitoring, yield and OEE tracking, and cross-functional support across two plants and seven lines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing cost controlling, FP&A, or plant finance experience in a production environment.
• Experience building financial reports and dashboards from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close for plant cost centers and analyze actuals vs budget.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting for production accounts and variances.
• Monitor yield and OEE across multiple production lines and present findings to plant leadership.
