At XKL, we are the optical transport network experts. We innovate and build the technology that securely connects networks and is the foundation of the global optical internet. Our leadership includes one of Cisco's original co-founders and a team of optical networking professionals with over two decades of deep technical expertise. As problem solvers we take the time to truly understand the business problem each customer has and deliver a solution that meets their business goals and technical requirements. Our clients' success is our top priority, and we focus on service just as much as we do on designing cutting-edge DWDM hardware and software.
As we scale our production floor to meet growing customer demand, we are looking for a hands-on, metrics-driven Manufacturing Floor Supervisor to lead our assembly team, champion shop floor discipline, and establish a scalable operational foundation. In this role, you will own daily production execution and lead the physical assembly environment. You will directly manage our team of hardware technicians and partner with engineering to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and throughput targets are met. Crucially, you will enforce real-time ERP transaction discipline on the floor, ensuring all physical work accurately mirrors our digital system.
