Job summary

IMI plc seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive finance-driven processes in the manufacturing environment, including budgeting, planning, internal controls, and ad hoc projects. This role partners with plant managers and operations teams to provide critical financial insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business/Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, accounting and/or financial reporting.
• Manufacturing/cost accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Access; familiarity with JDE, Oracle or SAP.
• Experience with Cognos/Hyperion or similar reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily management, maintenance and reporting of sales and orders for the Americas region.
• Prepare and populate monthly actuals for IA Americas and Americas Admin; input data into IMI reporting tool.
• Use monthly forecast data to generate insights and advise Finance leadership.
• Lead validation of data entry by Americas sites for weekly/monthly/quarterly submissions.
• Analyze manufacturing cost trends and identify root causes; recommend corrective actions.
• Enhance financial processes and reporting tools via automation and improvement.
