Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to partner with executives and translate financial data into actionable insights. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, building advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics that tie operational performance to profitability.

The role offers on-site collaboration with manufacturing and finance leaders, exposure to capital projects, and opportunities for career growth within a data-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, analytics, or business partnering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Power BI experience with a proven ability to build reporting and data visualization solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytics tools, and operational reporting solutions.
• Analyze financial performance, capital projects, investments, and business initiatives to improve profitability.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify reporting opportunities and meaningful performance metrics.
• Present financial insights, variance analysis, risks, trends, and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create scalable reporting, automation, and analytics solutions.
