Job summary

The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is seeking a Financial Analyst – Manufacturing to provide financial guidance and analytical support for the York Plant. You will help develop revenue, cost, expense, capital and headcount budgets and forecasts for the assigned area, and support monthly performance reporting and variance analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• CPA or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis with emphasis in understanding the supported business.
• Coordinates the development and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for expense, capital, and headcount per financial planning calendar.
• Provides monthly financial support: record month end journal entries/accruals; ensure expenses are recorded; distribute reports; analyze variances.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
