Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s Product Development Center (PDC) in Wauwatosa, WI, is seeking a Financial Analyst - Product Development to provide financial guidance, perform month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and support capital projects across engineering and manufacturing.

You will support variance analysis, financial modeling, and capital funding decisions, presenting findings to management and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize investments and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work and/or public accounting experience.
• Competency in spreadsheets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing duties including variance analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and results reporting.
• Provide business analysis and modeling with emphasis on the supported business.
• Develop business cases for capital funding with IRR/NPV/payback analysis.
• Partner with business colleagues on budgeting and financial decision making.
• Coordinate development and tracking of project budgets, forecasts and actuals.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
