Harley-Davidson Motor Company in York, PA is seeking a Finance Lead - Manufacturing to join the York Operations finance team. The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Vehicle Operations facility in York is our final assembly plant. Employees at York also perform a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing and painting and produce a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. Join our team as a Finance Lead - Manufacturing.
This position is a key leader of Harley-Davidson’s York Operations finance team. The position leads the analytical support, financial management, direction, and analytical support for assigned areas in the manufacturing plant, reporting directly to the Plant Controller. This position partners with the operations teams to provide comprehensive financial support including, but not limited to, monthly performance reports, financial analysis, recommendations for improvement areas when needed.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
This position typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related work and/or experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:
