Job summary

medmix is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Financial Analyst (Finance Specialist) to support the Manufacturing Controller. This role offers hands-on experience in financial operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will prepare monthly financial reports, support cost accounting, monitor KPIs, assist budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and corporate finance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, cost accounting, or a related environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Power BI will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Solid attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities
