Job summary

Calqulate in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Plant Controller to lead the financial operations of our manufacturing plant. You will be the primary owner of budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, partnering with the Plant Manager to drive profitability and plant performance.

You will supervise a cost accountant, ensure accurate cost reporting and BOM review, and guide cost reduction initiatives and capital project evaluations according to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager/Plant Controller or Accounting Manager.
• Strong cost accounting understanding and supervision of a cost accountant.
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial budgeting and ongoing forecasts in collaboration with the Plant Manager.
• Manages the accounting system and cost reporting, including cost variance analysis.
• Leads cost control initiatives and supports timely execution of reporting.
• Reviews BOM accuracy and supports investment evaluations according to corporate guidelines.
