Now CFO, LLC, based in Houston, seeks a Manufacturing Controller to oversee financial operations within the manufacturing division. You will lead cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support efficient production processes and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in cost analysis, and proficiency with financial software and Excel. CPA or CMA is preferred for advancing responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• Experience as Controller or in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the manufacturing department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports regarding manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory valuation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making in the manufacturing department.
