Job summary

GE HealthCare in Florence, SC is seeking a Sr Finance Manager - Manufacturing Operations to lead the site’s financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will partner with plant leadership to manage P&L, inventory, capex, and productivity initiatives, delivering insights that drive value.

You will collaborate with operations to optimize costs, cash flow, and continuous improvement, leveraging Power BI and ERP tools to provide transparent reporting and actionable guidance to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance leader for the Florence manufacturing site, overseeing P&L, inventory, capex, and productivity.
• Partner with plant operations to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement.
• Lead monthly forecasting, closing, and budgeting processes with timely insights.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and leveraging digital tools like Power BI.
