Staff Financial Group seeks a Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager for our Gainesville, GA manufacturing site. You will lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and align site actions with corporate standards.

You'll manage a small finance team, drive month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while partnering with site leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting management.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to commute to the site.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site financial compliance and internal controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee audits and regulatory filings.
• Partner with site leadership on profitability and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics.
