Abbott in Woodridge, MN is seeking a Site Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis for the Woodridge site and its satellites. You will drive cost accounting, monthly close, and performance metrics while partnering with site leadership to enable manufacturing excellence.

Your role involves directing the SH finance team, developing forecasts, and ensuring compliant internal controls aligned with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Accounting/Finance major.
• 10+ years overall FP&A experience with leadership in a large manufacturing site or multiple sites.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of integrated accounting cycle and manufacturing finance including absorption costing.
• Demonstrated team leadership and development experience.
• Ability to establish internal controls in line with Sarbanes‑Oxley regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide site leadership with financial counsel and direction across Ops/Manuf./Eng./QA/Supply Chain/R&D.
• Lead the development, consolidations, analysis, and publication of financials and forecasts.
• Direct the SH department staff and ensure HR policies and performance evaluations are followed.
• Manage cost accounting activities including budgeting, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate monthly close, reporting, and year-end packages with strong internal controls.
