Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with emphasis on manufacturing finance and operational cost accounting.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced financial analysis/modeling tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, consolidate, and manage site financial plans, LBEs, standard costs, and CapEx budgets.
• Costing and standards for existing and new products at Westford site.
• Develop financial and operational measurement tools with plant operations to drive productivity and cost improvements.
• Facilitate cost savings initiatives to improve gross margins and monitor progress against commitments.
• Support GAAP and SOX compliance; assist audits and internal reviews.
