The role requires a bachelor's in accounting/finance and 8+ years of progressive financial experience, with strong data analytics, ERP (Oracle) and Power BI skills, and a record of cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance and financial results.

• Plant Financial Leadership: serve as the finance leader for the Madison manufacturing site, providing oversight and strategic guidance.
• Operational Finance Partnership: drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement initiatives.
• Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles.
• Continuous Improvement: drive simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes.
