A consulting firm is partnering with a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer to find a Controller. This role is responsible for leading accounting operations, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and over 10 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing month-end close processes and building a strong accounting team. Benefits include medical insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years at the Controller level.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/life sciences.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting ERP system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Oversee cost and inventory accounting functions and ensure accurate inventory.
