Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
• Experience supporting Canadian and U.S. financial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements for Canadian and U.S. entities.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Coordinate annual reviews and liaise with external auditors.
