Job summary

Searchmasters Inc is seeking a leader to head accounting and financial reporting for a manufacturing operation. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, and internal controls to drive stronger financial analysis and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Proven financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in improving and standardizing accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Revise, improve, and standardize accounting processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Partner with the leadership team to analyze production costs, material usage, purchasing, inventory, and operating variances.
