Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forecasting and cost accounting experience essential.
• Capital project cost tracking and analysis experience.
• SOX controls experience or exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and analysis for financial and non-financial metrics.
• Prepare mill financial forecasts, reforecasts and annual plans.
• Deliver weekly cost reporting to support margin initiatives.
• Track capital project costs and variance to budget.
• Maintain inventory control analysis and reporting.
• Support SOX/internal control testing and procurement queries.
• Participate in system design, training and user validation.
