Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience with manufacturing cost accounting.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory valuation, and overhead absorption.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP data analysis experience.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable operational recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs by location and product to identify cost drivers.
• Investigate variances against standard cost, budgets, and forecasts; explain material usage and labor efficiency.
• Partner with plant leaders to validate findings and track savings.
• Develop KPI reporting for productivity, scrap, inventory, and working capital.
• Coordinate month-end close activities for locations and prepare operational reviews.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and capital investment analyses with ROI assessments.
