GWS Tool Group is seeking a Junior Controller (Operations) to act as a hands-on finance partner to the operations team and assigned manufacturing locations. You will translate production and financial data into actionable insights that improve cost performance, inventory accuracy, working capital, and operational profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance with manufacturing cost accounting.
• Experience with standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Advanced Excel and ERP data analysis; Infor Visual ERP preferred.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable ops guidance.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs by location to identify cost drivers.
• Investigate variances against standard costs and budgets.
• Collaborate with plant leaders to develop corrective actions and track savings.
• Review BOMs, routings, labor rates, and overhead allocations.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for productivity, scrap, inventory, and capacity.
• Coordinate month-end close for locations and prepare performance reviews.
• Support budgets and forecasts using production data and capital plans.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with standards.
