Seco Tools – Niagara Cutter, part of the Sandvik group, is seeking a collaborative Controller to lead financial management for its Reynoldsville operation. You will oversee accounting, cost-control, and reporting, partnering with production, operations, and supply chain to align financial goals with manufacturing objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, cost analysis, and ERP expertise, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, audits, and internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a lead/management role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Data analysis experience.
• Detail-oriented with multi-project handling.
• Adaptable to changing challenges.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.

Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Monitor costs, profitability and trends; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP/IFRS compliance; coordinate audits.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Manage ERP systems, data integration, reporting and cost control.
• Lead and develop accounting, finance, and cost-control teams.
