Job summary

PLITEK® in the United States seeks a Controller to oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, cost accounting, inventory, payroll, and compliance. You will safeguard assets, maintain internal controls, and present timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead accounting operations, treasury and financial statements.
• Experience coordinating external audits and maintaining internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, treasury functions, and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accounting records and internal control systems that support reliable financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and management reports for executive leadership.
• Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process and liaison with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee standard costing, job costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Partner with operations to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment of manufacturing costs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; provide actionable insights to leadership.
