Qualifications
- Pursuing a business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking and curiosity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Familiar with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Fabric.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, forecasting, and analytical activities for manufacturing decisions.
- Analyze operating costs and build trend analyses; recommend optimizations.
- Participate in business planning meetings and profitability reviews.
- Collaborate to define and manage tasks for multiple analytics projects.
- Use decision-making frameworks to identify optimal alternatives for opportunities.
