Stfrancis seeks a full-time business analytics role to support manufacturing planning, forecasting, and financial health analyses. You will translate data into actionable insights, build trend analyses, and collaborate with mentors on multiple analytics projects to drive value.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a business degree, fluent in Excel and data tools, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Pursuing a business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking and curiosity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Familiar with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Fabric.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support planning, forecasting, and analytical activities for manufacturing operations' major business decisions and financial health.
• Analyze operating costs of manufacturing processes and build trend analyses comparing expected versus actual spend; recommend optimization opportunities.
• Participate actively in business planning meetings, team interactions, and profitability review sessions.
• Collaborate with mentors to define and manage tasks for multiple analytic, data-driven projects.
• Use decision-making frameworks to identify optimal alternatives addressing emerging business opportunities.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2028.
• Enrolled in a business degree program such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with critical thinking and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and aptitude for fast-paced learning.
• Familiarity with modern analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric Suite, Power BI, Alteryx).
• Experience using generative or agentic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance analysis, automate tasks, or support decision-making.
