Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a finance-focused student to assist with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analyses in Milford. You will build financial models, analyze variances, and support leadership with clear presentations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; advanced Excel preferred; experience with BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and management reporting.
• Support KPI dashboard development and business performance reviews.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, and investment programs.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses related to growth initiatives and business performance.
• Utilize SAP, Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools to generate insights.
• Participate in process improvement and digital finance initiatives.
