Job summary

ABB's Pinetops, NC manufacturing plant seeks a Finance Manager to deliver financial expertise and business support. You will analyze key metrics, identify trends, and partner with stakeholders to drive profitability and operational excellence.

The role requires leading closing activities, budgeting, forecasting, and P2P processes, with cross-functional collaboration across operations and finance. Onsite work in Pinetops, NC is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years accounting/finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Perform profitability analysis including cost variances.
• Lead and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Monitor cost center performance and analyze variances.
• Prepare financial analyses, reconciliations, and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Partner with operations to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance.
