Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Plant Finance Analyst to act as an embedded financial partner at the plant level. You will translate operational performance into financial targets, prepare budgets, forecasts, and models, and provide actionable insights to improve plant performance.

You will analyze cost behavior, validate data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardized metrics and stronger financial controls. Strong communication and manufacturing FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of finance/FP&A experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
• CPA or CFA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to translate operational performance into financial targets and analysis.
• Prepare plant budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models with production drivers.
• Conduct variance analyses to identify root causes and suggest corrective actions for labor, overhead, and materials.
• Collaborate with plant teams to validate data, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance cost behavior understanding.
• Develop standardized operational and financial metrics across the facility.
• Present financial reports and insights to plant management and Finance leadership.
