Job summary

Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking a Financial Analyst (NA Manufacturing) to support North America Manufacturing. The role focuses on overhead cost centers, SG&A, financial reporting, and consolidation, working with plant locations and cross-functional partners.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years of related experience, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Onsite work in Holland, MI is required with no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area of study.
• Education Equivalency: Associate's degree + 2 years of related experience, or High school diploma + 4 years of related experience.
• Military Equivalency per Mynextmove.gov.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Conduct internal audits, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Prepare financial statements, departmental reports, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on accounting and finance processes and procedures.
