You will contribute to VPP program activities and drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and has 2+ years of related experience, with ERP/SAP exposure and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of related Finance or Accounting experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct internal audits, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements within assigned areas.
• Provide research and analysis for special projects and tasks.
• Prepare financial statements and departmental reports.
• Mentor and train junior staff on accounting and finance processes.
• Perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
• Utilize office software and tools used in Haworth environment.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
