Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Financial Analyst in Michigan to provide financial analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly operating results. You will develop your skills, innovate, and take on expanded roles with global exposure.

The role covers capital/expense project spendings, asset management, month-end close, KPI reporting, and SOX support. Strong analytical abilities and SAP/Hyperion experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience in a finance/accounting role
• Understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles
• Ability to analyze large data sets and report insights to operations
• Willingness to grow in Manufacturing Finance
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Google & Office suites
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years manufacturing experience
• Experience maintaining SOX compliance
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion Essbase and data platforms

Responsibilities

• Create, track and close capital and expense project spendings and percentage of completions
• Manage asset capitalization, disposal and transfer of assets
• Support month-end closure with journal entries
• Prepare KPI reports and variance analyses for projects and transformation costs
• Support SOX through inventories, checklists and plant walkthroughs
• Perform supplier reconciliations and weekly OT reporting
• Prepare business plans and monthly forecasts for project expenses, depreciation, and transformation costs
• Act as business partner and lead discussions with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ownership mindset
