Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• MBA in Finance or Master in Accounting preferred.
• CMA or CPA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast labor expense and analyze variances.
• Lead labor expense forecasting and headcount planning against budgets.
• Manage productivity projects and cost deployment initiatives.
• Drive improvements in annual planning and monthly outlook processes.
• Deliver analytical insights on labor efficiency and spend drivers.
• Collaborate with North America finance to ensure accurate reporting.
