Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance Team, supporting automotive manufacturing operations and financial reporting. The role emphasizes US GAAP compliance, internal controls, and timely close processes to deliver accurate statements for management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
CPA/CMA designation preferred.
5+ years of finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Proven experience leading the financial close process and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

Lead branch accounting activities: journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement reviews, internal controls.
Manage the financial close process and ensure deadlines are met with accuracy and compliance.
Complete corporate reporting requirements, ongoing and ad hoc.
Maintain financial compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Ensure data accuracy and support internal/external audits.
Respond to ad hoc requests and reporting needs as required.
