Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline.
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excel proficiency; ERP experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and PM to analyze profitability opportunities.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan (LRP).
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to forecast results.
• Support cost accounting, overhead allocation, and profitability analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement to automate and streamline finance processes.
• Support ERP enhancements, costing improvements, and new programs.
• Provide corporate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
