Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Financial Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including linked spreadsheets, data downloads, complex formulas, and pivot tables.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from multiple systems.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States; Sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and analyze reports and financial data for monthly business reviews and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Perform weekly and monthly financial close activities.
• Support manufacturing planning and operations through financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop analytical tools and models to support business decision-making.
• Provide cost and general ledger accounting support during month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Complete inventory reconciliations and investigate and resolve variances.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering, production control, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop business case assumptions and financial analyses.
• Provide department leaders with KPIs and financial insights to support operational execution.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, learning, and quality.
• Promote and practice safe work habits in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
