Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, analytics or related field (essential).
• 4+ years of financial analysis, cost accounting, or related work experience, with strong interest in analysis, managerial accounting and manufacturing process (essential).
• Experience working with large data sets to compile informative reports (essential).

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-level financial results to deliver concrete and detailed deliverables analyzing drivers and trends.
• Model current and historical performance to forecast future state using financial models.
• Collaborate with operators to translate accounting processes and identify improvements.
• Lead initiatives to streamline or automate monthly reporting and processes.
• Design and implement reporting dashboards with IT (e.g., Power BI).
• Model proposed business changes into financial impacts for scenario analysis.
• Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budget processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance in financial statements.
