Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5+ years of directly related experience in an accounting role.
• 3-5+ years of experience in accounting/financial analysis.
• Background in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring management reports and variance analyses for plant leadership.
• Analyze assets, liabilities, and capital; summarize financial position and forecasts.
• Maintain fixed asset ledger and depreciation reporting; assess asset impairment.
• Support monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and spend reporting.
• Monitor sales tax returns and assist budget preparation and inventory counts.
• Identify operational improvements and drive accounting change initiatives.
