You will lead monthly closes, prepare financial statements, and ensure controls align with GAAP while supporting growth. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in accounting/finance, manufacturing exposure, and proficiency with Excel and financial systems like QuickBooks, JD Edwards, and OneStream.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong hands‑on experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Experience working under strict reporting deadlines.
• Manufacturing experience, ideally in industrial goods with multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Perform customer and vendor account reconciliations.
• Analyze variances against budget and forecast; provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate payback of capital investments with detailed financial analysis.
• Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits and regulatory filings.
• Utilize QuickBooks, JD Edwards, and OneStream; identify process improvements.
