Job summary

You will collaborate with the General Manager and corporate finance to ensure accurate recording and reporting, identify operational improvements, and lead change efforts within the accounting group. The role emphasizes monthly closes, variance analysis, asset tracking, and compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 3-5+ years of directly related accounting experience.
• 3-5+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Background in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• CPA or CMA candidate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring management reporting including department reports and variance analysis.
• Support plant operating teams with monthly performance metric reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet, P&L, and other financial reports for management.
• Maintain fixed asset ledger and depreciation runs; assess asset impairment or retirement.
• Participate in monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations; improve accounting operations.
