ASSA ABLOY Group in Spring Hill, TN seeks a Sr. Accountant to manage management reporting, variance analysis, and capital accounting, collaborating with the GM and corporate finance.
The role will identify opportunities for operational improvements and lead change efforts within the accounting group. Responsibilities include monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, depreciation tracking, and sales tax monitoring, with 3–5+ years in accounting and a Bachelor's in Accounting.
The Sr. Accountant is responsible for applying principles of accounting to management reporting, financial and variance analysis, capital accounting, and transactional support. This role will work closely with the General Manager and corporate finance team to ensure the proper financial recording and reporting. This position is expected to identify areas of improvement in business operations and take the necessary steps to fulfill those opportunities, as well as spearhead change efforts for the accounting group.
