Job summary

Edag-Engineering-Gmbh is seeking a Manufacturing Field Engineer to translate design into repeatable production processes on the factory floor. You will coordinate with product development, process planning, and production teams to resolve ramp-up issues and implement new products and processes.

The role requires hands-on experience on construction sites, strong CAD knowledge, and the ability to document workflows, improve DFM, and oversee safety and ergonomics. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related areas.
• Proficient understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly methods.
• Experience on production floors or construction sites.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD tools and drawing interpretation.
• Ability to document workflows and improve processes.
• English language proficiency at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product development and production teams to translate designs into repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Support factory-floor implementation of new products and processes, including documentation and trials.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturer instructions.
• Observe, document, and analyze build processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Follow up daily on open points with cross-functional teams including procurement and suppliers.
• Provide feedback to product and process planning for DFM and ergonomics.
