Job summary

EDAG Group is seeking a Manufacturing Field Engineer to work on the factory floor, translating product design into repeatable processes and resolving ramp-up issues. You will participate in design reviews and help implement new products and processes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, with strong CAD skills and English proficiency. Some travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Proficient understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly methods.
• Experience in residential construction and multiple construction techniques.
• Experience on a production floor or construction site.
• Knowledge of 2D drawings and 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Catia, Inventor).
• English proficiency at C1–C2.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product development on Design For Manufacturing and process planning.
• Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturing feedback.
• Support factory-floor implementation of new products and processes.
• Capture assembly processes, document quality issues and rework drivers.
• Assist in development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Observe, document, and analyze build processes for improvements.
