Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading a maintenance team and overseeing third‑party vendors.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and PM programs.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and life safety equipment compliance.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills; strong PO, quotes, budgets experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site operations and maintenance of the facility, including PMs for roofing, doors, floors, walls, ceilings and plumbing.
• Manage interior and exterior lighting and ensure proper facility signage.
• Oversee fleet vehicles, inventory for building supplies, and sign approvals for purchases.
• Coordinate and manage contractors for HVAC, electrical, roofing, painting, and welding projects.
• Ensure life-safety PMs and OSHA compliance; act as first responder for emergencies.
• Lead facility projects and improvements; manage janitorial services and facility landscaping.
