Job summary

Mark Anthony Group Inc. is seeking a proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and safety of our manufacturing facility in Arizona.

You will manage building systems, safety protocols, and a team of technicians while coordinating with third‑party contractors to ensure reliability. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in facilities roles, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of PM programs, OSHA compliance, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, property management, or related field.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing third‑party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and PM programs.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and life safety equipment compliance.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and organizational skills; financial acumen.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and PMs for building systems.
• Lead internal maintenance team and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Manage facility budget, POs, quotes, and cost reviews.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety across the site.
• Coordinate with Production, EHS, Warehouse to avoid manufacturing disruption.
