Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks a proactive Facility Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and safety of our Arizona manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with EHS, Production, and Warehouse, and manage PMs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

This role requires 3–5 years in facilities management, strong problem-solving and budgeting skills, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, property management, or related field, ideally in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proven experience managing a maintenance team and overseeing third‑party vendors.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance programs.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and life-safety equipment compliance.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills; strong budgeting and PO management.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office for work orders and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and preventive maintenance for building systems.
• Manage interior/exterior lighting, signage, fleet vehicles, and inventories.
• Coordinate specialized contractors (HVAC, electrical, roofing, painting, welding) and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety programs, EMS/OSHA compliance, and safety inspections.
• Lead facility technicians and collaborate with Production, EHS, and Warehouse.
• Oversee facility budgets, POs, vendor quotes, and cost controls.
