Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager, Construction to own the infrastructure, utilities, and building systems for a new manufacturing facility. You will bridge facilities engineering and manufacturing operations to ensure plant layout and utility installations meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years progressive experience in manufacturing/plant engineering with strong MEP/building services expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between construction teams and engineering to ensure infrastructure meets production requirements.
• Develop and maintain plant layouts for equipment and material flow.
• Design and coordinate utility systems (piping, electrical, compressed air, chilled water, exhaust).
• Create drawings for MEP systems to support new equipment installations.
• Lead installation planning for utilities and facility modifications; ensure readiness for equipment arrival.
• Review equipment specs to determine facility impacts and upgrades.
• Manage contractors and vendors during construction and commissioning; ensure safety and quality.
• Conduct site assessments to validate as-built conditions and propose improvements.
• Support budgeting and scheduling for facility and utility scopes.
• Ensure codes, safety regs, and internal standards are met.
