Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial/facility environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, or facility-related systems.
• Resume and interview required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities according to schedule.
• Repair and maintain facility infrastructure as needed.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to identify potential maintenance concerns.
• Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs.
• Work closely with production and maintenance team members to support operational goals.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
