Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Ball Ground, GA to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production.

The role requires experience in industrial maintenance, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to work independently or with production teams. Pay ranges from $30.50 to $31.00 per hour with a 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM schedule and occasional Saturday half-days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training or trade certification preferred.
• Additional training in electrical/industrial maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment issues using testing tools.
• Repair, adjust, and replace components to maintain performance.
• Partner with operations to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records and document repairs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
