Job summary

ITG Brands in Cayey, Puerto Rico seeks a MANEX Manager to drive Manufacturing Excellence across the facility. This role leads Lean, Six Sigma, TPM initiatives and deploys a site-wide improvement strategy with cross-functional teams.

You will coach teams, develop KPIs for productivity, quality, waste, and OEE; manage MMS implementation and digital transformation; push continuous improvement while sustaining engagement through change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environment
• Proven Lean / Continuous Improvement leadership
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and/or WCM
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt); TPM or PMP a plus
• Experience with manufacturing systems and data tools (MES, ERP, Power BI)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent) and English (working proficiency)

Responsibilities

• Lead the site-wide Manufacturing Excellence (MANEX) strategy and deployment
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and DMAIC projects
• Develop and track KPIs related to productivity, quality, waste reduction, and OEE
• Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Quality, Maintenance, P&C) to identify and implement improvements
• Train and coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and operational excellence principles
• Lead Manufacturing Management Systems (MMS) implementation and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive cost optimization, waste reduction, and improved manufacturing flexibility
• Support daily operational reviews and identify performance improvement opportunities
• Lead change management and communication plans to sustain engagement in MANEX initiatives
• Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the site
